This dish is a must-have on most restaurant menus. The price is quite high; if I remember correctly, it costs about 400 baht per pot at the restaurant I visited. In Thailand, I haven't seen this sold in regular restaurants.
So I had to try the artichoke in Dalat. After riding the cable car, the tea shop invited me to taste the tea. At first, I didn't know what kind of tea it was, but later I found out it was artichoke tea. I think this tea is really fragrant and delicious.
