Dalat Railway Station http://www.hotsia.com > Visit Dalat > Dalat Railway Station is considered the oldest railway station in Vietnam and Indochina. The station was built by the French between 1932 and 1938. This route is 84 km long. The station features a unique architectural style with three pearl-shaped roofs. It is recognized as an ancient national cultural heritage and is currently a popular tourist attraction in the city.
Currently, the service is available only for tourists for a distance of about 7 kilometers, with the terminal station featuring a temple made entirely of tiles, which is one of the interesting tourist spots. In early 2012, Mr.hotsia traveled to Dalat Railway Station and took the train to the terminal station with the tiled temple. There are 5 daily train departures at 7:45 AM, 9:59 AM, 11:55 AM, and 2:00 PM. Each trip allows tourists to stroll around the terminal town for about 30 minutes.
Then the train returns, taking about 20 minutes for the journey. When I visited, I took the 2:00 PM train, canceling other tours to ride the train instead. Mr.hotsia March 2012.
