I had to look up more information later and learned that the cricket farm has been operating for 3 years to raise crickets and supply restaurants in Dalat city. Locals in Dalat enjoy them as a snack. I think they might taste good with beer. Raising crickets takes 3 months until they grow big enough to sell, called the 'big eating' stage.
