Not far from my hotel and the night market, the fried chicken here is marinated deeply for flavor before frying with shallots added. It’s eaten with yellow chicken rice or plain rice. This place is outstanding because the owner fries with an extraordinary style, tossing and shaking the pan until it almost breaks. I've never seen anyone fry chicken with such intense emotion, but it ends deliciously. However, I was disappointed that the rice was fried too long and became hard for me, sticking between my teeth.
At Ba Ria night market, there are many shops selling pork leg noodle soup, which I think is a popular dish here. The taste is like clear broth noodle soup or similar to pho if you have tried it. The delicious part is the pork leg that is boiled until tender.
