On Mr.Hotsia's return to Vietnam, I found many shops selling egg pans, but these were fully loaded with various ingredients and delicious broth. They are eaten with bread and called banh mi opla (Vietnamese egg pan). In Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak province, there is a delicious shop that I recommend. Don't miss it.
