Stingray Liver: A must-try gimmick when visiting Kampot

This time, I, mr.hotsia, had the chance to discover the dish “stingray liver.” If you come to Kampot and want to try something different from typical Khmer food, don’t miss this. Stingray liver is a dish that combines the freshness and rich flavor of stingray liver with carefully crafted local seasonings. I tasted it at a small roadside restaurant in town that looked ordinary but the taste impressed me enough to share.

The stingray liver here is prepared meticulously, starting with selecting fresh stingray liver, lightly boiling or grilling it until just cooked, then cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
