Tourists traveling to Poipet can conveniently use bus services from the Poipet bus station, with routes to major cities such as Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. The standard price I found in 2011 was about 300 baht per person to Siem Reap.

After passing immigration and stamping into Cambodia, someone will approach you about shared taxis. Tourists can negotiate the price every time. Although there is a standard rate, bargaining helps get a fairer and better deal.
