In Namchi, the main town of South Sikkim, I found a small restaurant that seemed ordinary but served fried chicken that made me stop and taste. In the evening, I traveled to Pelling, another important tourist town in West Sikkim. Here, the views of the Himalayas and Kanchenjunga peak are breathtaking.
