When I visited Namchi, I stayed two nights at Hotel Mayal (actually stayed one night) and one night at an old hotel near Central Park.
I recommend staying at Hotel Mayal, located diagonally opposite the Namchi morning market. The owner speaks good English. The price when I visited was just a few hundred baht per night.
