The main morning market is in the center of Kengtung city.
This is a large market with fresh produce, breakfast foods, and daily necessities for sale. The market is open all day. I like that there are delicious breakfast foods. I enjoy northern Thai sausage, crispy pork skin, pork cracklings, and hot sticky rice. The market also sells spicy noodle salad and Khao Soi, perfect for a morning stroll. The other market is located opposite Hee Lee Guesthouse where I stayed.
