I searched online and found that in Central Thailand, Kanom Pad is called Kanom Piak Poon. But after tasting, I feel Kanom Piak Poon is softer and usually black in color. Kanom Pad is more like layered dessert with green and red colors. The seller said it is a special dessert of the Tai Lue people.
