Traveling in Phayao province, I asked locals where to find the best crispy pork and red pork rice in Phayao. They recommended the original T. Lert Ros Nakhon Pathom shop at T. Mae Tam, Mueang District, Phayao. I tried it and found the crispy pork very delicious, while the red pork was just average. It's best to order a large plate of crispy pork; you won't be disappointed.
