Phetchabun Night Market http://www.hotsia.com > Traveling in Phetchabun > Phetchabun Night Market. A trip with Mr.Hotsia traveling in Phetchabun tasting Miang Lao at Phetchabun morning market, Je Som's noodle shop in Phetchabun, coffee shops and scenic views along the Great Phra Maha Thammaracha route, rappelling at Wang Tum Waterfall, Phu Khaew Adventure Park, Phu Khaew steak with spicy dipping sauce, grilled chicken from Wichian Buri. Phetchabun Night Market is not very large. I visited the central pond in Phetchabun city which is full of nighttime food stalls.

The grilled pork pan restaurant is a popular nighttime spot for locals in Phetchabun. Afterwards, I asked where the Phetchabun night market was. After chatting, I got a bit confused, so a kind local named Joe offered to lead me on his motorcycle. Such a generous person from Phetchabun province. The night market looks ordinary at first glance, but after some research, I found out that it is home to "Je Som's Noodle Shop," the most delicious in Phetchabun, which has been selling for a long time and has become prosperous.
Yet, Je Som still sells delicious food to the people of Phetchabun, truly admirable. Je Som's shop sells stewed beef noodles, stewed pork noodles, and rich-flavored pork boat noodles that are incredibly tasty. Even after eating boiled egg noodles from the shop across the street, I could still eat another bowl. I ordered the stewed beef boat noodles, which were very delicious, I must say. If you stay overnight in Phetchabun city, I recommend you bear the hunger and wait to eat at this shop—you won't be disappointed if you like strong flavors. Their noodle soup broth is outstanding; I like it the most. Clip of Phetchabun Night Market.
