To help you follow along, the highlight of Nem Nuong is the freshly grilled pork, the rice paper used for wrapping does not need to be soaked again, it comes in sheets for us to add pork, vegetables, starfruit, chives, sliced cucumber, garlic, chili, carrot, radish, dipping sauce, vermicelli, and sliced raw banana, all tightly wrapped in the rice paper. When paying, there was a bit of confusion about the price because the initial price quoted was per set for one person. If two people eat, they bring double or two sets.
