Today I found a unique roasted duck shop in Phnom Penh. This shop serves roasted duck in a mackerel basket. It is located near the Soriyah bus station, close to the old market known for selling gemstones, in the heart of Phnom Penh. It is about 2 kilometers from the temple where I stayed near the Tonle Sap river. The deliciousness of this roasted duck lies in the freshly steamed hot rice and the tender, fragrant duck. The crispy duck skin eaten with rice and dipping sauce is absolutely amazing.
This shop opens around 7 AM every day. On the day I was traveling back from Phnom Penh to Bangkok, I stopped by to eat again but unfortunately, the shop was not open yet as it was only 6:30 AM. If you visit Phnom Penh, I highly recommend not missing this place because it is truly delicious. I strongly recommend it, absolutely excellent. Mr.Hotsia Enjoy Your Trip January 2016
