The fresh market sells a lot of fish, laid out naturally on banana leaves as seen. The busiest time to walk around with many sellers is probably around 4 PM when Khmer people come by boat to sell fish in large numbers, more than in the morning. The sun is not hot then, making it good for taking photos. Actually, this market is open all day but mainly sells dry goods.
The fresh market operates in the morning and evening. In the market, food is sold in bags, but here they use plastic bags to pack curry, which looks unusual.
