No additional recommendations, just leisurely walking along the streets looking around. But before leaving, I found a shop similar to stir-fried noodles called Vietnamese lod chong noodles or Vietnamese noodle soup or lod chong noodles. Stir-fried noodles like macaroni on the walkway to the Phnom Penh Palace, especially topped with a fried egg. It’s very fragrant and delicious, with many people lining up to eat. Some drivers come to buy takeout, the shop is full of diners. I couldn’t resist sharing this so you have a destination for tasting in Phnom Penh.
From what I saw, this shop is run by Chinese people in Phnom Penh, long established. The sellers never get a break because it’s always crowded. I recommend watching them first and then pointing to choose what you want. I like stir-fried noodles with bean sprouts topped with a fried egg, and ordering some fried items to add. This dish is delicious and fragrant. I finished it in just a few bites. The shop is a bit hot because of the crowd and the heat from stir-frying.
